Who We Are
This business was born out of hands on experience in property
management, facilities management, and asset management. After years
of working closely with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders, we saw the
same issues crop up again and again: poor attention to detail, trades
turning up with no direction, and a serious lack of oversight. The result?
Frustrated landlords, unhappy tenants, and wasted time and money.
We started this property maintenance company to fix that. Because
we've sat on the other side of the table — managing portfolios, chasing
contractors, dealing with complaints — we know exactly whatʼs needed
to get the job done properly. We understand the standards clients expect
and the headaches that come from work that isn't managed or executed
well. No fluff, just results.
About our Director
With a career spanning roles as an and Asset Manager, Facilities
Manager, Khalid Pokar has worked with major clients like Walker Corp, NSW Police, and Coles and private management superfunds managing portfolios worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
After years of witnessing the inefficiencies, lack of attention to detail, and poor direction in the maintenance industry, he decided to do something about it. Tired of seeing trades turn up unprepared and jobs done half-heartedly, Khalid launched his own property maintenance company — built on clarity, oversight, and real industry knowledge. His goal is simple: get the job done properly, save time, and keep both landlords and tenants happy.
